Pure Epoxy Chemical Anchors for Heavy Loads
This high-performance chemical anchor has been specially developed for anchoring anchor rods in concrete and for rebar splicing applications involving medium and heavy loads; it is suitable for use in seismic applications classified under seismic categories C1 and C2.

General Features
-
It has ETA-approved performance values according to Seismic Categories C1 and C2.
-
It is suitable for use in natural stone and cracked or uncracked concrete, in core-drilled holes, or in water-filled holes.
-
It can be used in heavy-duty anchoring and rebar installation applications.
-
It can be used in overhead/ceiling applications.
-
It has approved fire performance values.
-
It can be used in anchorage details with short corner and clearance distances.
-
It has an application temperature range from +5°C to +40°C.
Applications
-
It can be used for securing facade, roof, wood, or metal elements; for installing metal profiles, columns, beams, cantilevers, railings, plumbing fixtures, bathroom fixtures, cable trays, pipes, or reinforcing bars added as rebar for renovation or reinforcement purposes.
-
Main material: Suitable for use in cracked or non-cracked concrete, lightweight concrete, aerated concrete, or natural stone. Since it may cause color changes or discoloration in natural stone, it should be checked prior to application.
-
Anchoring elements: Threaded anchor rods (electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized, stainless steel, and high-corrosion-resistant steel), reinforced concrete bars, internally threaded rods, rod profiles, perforated steel sections (e.g., perforated sections),
-
Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C, cartridge temperature: +5°C to +40°C (optimal at +20°C),
-
Service temperature (main material temperature after curing): -40°C to +72°C.
