Cement-Based High-Strength Grout

GROUT is a cement-based, silica fume-containing, polymer-modified, single-component, high-strength grout. (EN 1504-3 / R4)

General Features

  • The application thickness is 2–200 mm. The use of steel fibers is recommended for thicker applications.

  • It is fully ready for use after 7 days.

  • The application temperature should be between +5°C and +35°C.

  • The service temperature range is between -10°C and +80°C.

  • If higher strength than specified is required, steel fibers ranging from 6 to 13 mm can be added to the mixture.

Applications

  • For the repair, reinforcement, and maintenance of reinforced concrete elements,

  • In the repair of structures exposed to groundwater and seawater,

  • In the repair and reinforcement of structural elements under load,

  • In concrete surface repairs and leveling,

  • It is used to protect reinforced concrete elements against sulfate and chloride attack in order to achieve a waterproof concrete.
